What is Orthomolecular Medicine? Orthomolecular medical nutrition therapy
Orthomolecular Medicine is a treatment that utilizes diet and supplements to balance the molecules—or nutrients—that make up and operate our cells, thereby approaching the body's innate healing abilities.
Orthomolecular Medicine is based on the biochemistry of nutrient metabolism. Instead of using chemically synthesized drugs, its goal is to achieve mental and physical health by supplying the "molecules/nutrients" the body (cells) needs in order to repair and revitalize internal cells.
Furthermore, this treatment differs from conventional dietary therapy or the simple concept of supplementing nutrients missing from one's diet. It takes into account the unique environment and individual differences of each patient, and thoroughly analyzes the body's nutritional status through specialized testing.

- Please arrange your own interpreter for the consultation. We do not accept consultations using translation devices or apps.
- Supplements used for treatment can only be shipped within Japan. We do not ship overseas.
- All data and documents provided by our clinic, including nutritional analysis reports, will be in Japanese.
- All appointment and consultation start times are provided in Japan Standard Time (JST).

Treatment Process
Initial Consultation
Through a detailed medical history and blood tests, we obtain the necessary information to improve your symptoms.
After about 1 month
Explanation of test results and specific dietary and nutrient recommendations.
Afterwards, we will ask you to report on your progress every 1 to 2 months via clinic visits or online consultations.
After 4 to 6 months
We will retest the necessary items to check for changes in your body's internal state alongside the improvement of your symptoms.
Evaluation
We evaluate the effectiveness of Orthomolecular Medicine based on changes in your symptoms and test data 6 months after starting treatment. Depending on any remaining symptoms or issues in the test data, we will propose whether to continue the treatment, and you may choose how to proceed.
Nutritional analysis and advice during consultations

However, under no circumstances will we use or disclose information (such as disease name, medical condition, name, date of birth, address, contact information, etc.) in a way that allows unspecified third parties to identify the patient or related individuals. Furthermore, our clinic implements appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage of personal information.
＜A＞ Clinic Operations (Related to medical practices)
- Notification of ID, name, address, test data, etc., to affiliated testing companies and testing hospitals
- Requests for tests to affiliated medical institutions, and creation of medical information provision documents (referral letters), etc.
- Communications from our clinic for appointment confirmation, administrative contact, or inquiring about the progress of symptoms
- Notification to companies involved in mailing and courier services for shipping purposes
- Other operations incidental to medical practices performed by our clinic (creation of referral letters, medical certificates, etc.)
＜B＞ Purpose of Use
- For sending direct mail, notices, etc., from our clinic
- For writing papers, creating presentation materials for lectures, posting treatment progress on our clinic's website, statistical analysis of data, etc. (However, even in such cases, information will not be used in a way that can identify individuals)
- For conducting questionnaires from our clinic, including after the completion of treatment, regarding treatment progress, data analysis, etc.
- For other purposes to ensure the appropriate and smooth implementation of patients' treatment at our clinic
Procedures for Requesting Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information
- You may request the disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of your personal information. In such cases, we will respond to requests made by the patient themselves or a third party designated by the patient.
- We cannot respond to requests regarding any information if more than 5 years have passed since the final consultation date.
The above relates to the handling of personal information at our clinic based on the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" (including the amendments enforced in 2022).
Furthermore, based on the Medical Practitioners' Act, our clinic will not provide information regarding a patient's disease name, treatment progress, etc., to a third party unless the patient's consent has been confirmed. Similarly, special non-public information obtained through medical practices, such as information regarding a patient's race, beliefs, lineage, registered domicile, or criminal history, will not be used or provided to a third party unless the patient's consent has been confirmed.

For cancellations or changes to your appointment, please contact us by the day before.
If the day before is a clinic holiday, please contact us during consultation hours two days prior.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made after the cancellation period will incur a cancellation fee.

Regarding No-Shows (Cancellations Without Notice)
For cancellations without prior notice, a cancellation fee of the same amount mentioned above will be charged.
However, under the current circumstances, for those who have a fever, qualify as close contacts for COVID-19, etc.,
